Return Policy

1. Overview

This Return Policy applies to physical and digital products purchased from Ecodrainul. We aim to provide clear and fair return procedures for all customers.

2. Physical Products

Printed materials, including desk tracking cards, cheat-sheet bundles, and coordination kits, may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. Items that have been written on, marked, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return of physical products:

  • Contact us at help@ecodrainul.world with your order reference number.
  • Describe the reason for the return.
  • Ship the items to the address provided by our coordination team.
  • Returns must be received within 14 days of the original delivery date.

3. Digital Products

Digital downloads, including printable templates, coordinator guides, and toolkit bundles delivered electronically, are non-refundable once the download link has been provided or accessed. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

4. Refund Processing

Approved returns for physical products will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned items. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders for physical products may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us within 48 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, standard return procedures apply. Digital product orders cannot be cancelled after the download link has been sent.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, please return the original item following the procedures above and place a new order.
